At Blush & Dazzle, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that bring you joy.

Due to the delicate and personal nature of our products, especially for hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

1.Eligibility for Returns (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect, and you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Final Sale & Hygiene Items:

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, all jewellery, hair accessories and makeup products are final sale and non-refundable, except in the case of confirmed damage or incorrect shipment.

Items marked as ”SALE” are final sale and not eligible for return.

We offer size exchanges on all clothing items. Returns or refunds are not available unless the product received is incorrect or damaged. To process such claim, an unboxing video is required as proof. Please follow the process mentioned below.

Important Note

Colour variations due to lighting or screen settings will not qualify for exchange or return.

2.Damages & Issues (Critical 24-Hour Window)

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you believe your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item:

Evidence Required: We require an unboxing video without any cuts to accurately assess the condition of the received items.

In your email, attach the unboxing video and provide detailed information about the issue you’ve encountered.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving a return authorization will not be accepted.

3.How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the damage/incorrect criteria:

1). Email us at support@blushanddazzle.in with your order number, the reason for the return, and the required unboxing video/picture attachments.

2). If your claim is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

3). Please indicate in your email if you would like to opt for a credit voucher or an exchange for the correct/undamaged item.

4.Refunds

Refunds are not available. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, and as requested in your email, we will provide either an exchange or a credit voucher of the same amount,valid for 90 days.
