Payment options may vary depending on availability, payment gateway support and other operational requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and authorised.

Blush & Dazzle will never ask customers to share:

• OTP
• UPI PIN
• Card PIN
• Banking password
• Internet banking password

Do not disclose such information to anyone claiming to represent Blush & Dazzle.

7. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

Our current standard shipping structure includes:

• Standard Shipping: ₹99 for eligible standard delivery locations
• Free Shipping: available on eligible orders of ₹1,999 or more after applicable discounts
• Remote Area Shipping: ₹349 for selected remote, hill, island or special-delivery locations

Remote Area Shipping may apply regardless of order value.

The applicable shipping charge is determined by the delivery location and displayed during checkout.

Our estimated overall fulfilment and delivery timeframe is generally 5–10 business days, which includes order processing, handling, packaging, dispatch, courier transit and doorstep delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct:

• Shipping address
• PIN code
• Mobile number
• Email address

Blush & Dazzle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If an order is returned because of customer unavailability, incorrect address information, refusal of delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that the order has not already been processed, packed, prepared for dispatch or handed over to the courier partner.

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if fulfilment has already started.

10. Returns, Replacements & Credit Vouchers

Returns, replacements, Credit Vouchers and eligible product claims are governed by our separate Return, Replacement & Credit Voucher Policy.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery, earrings, hair accessories, cosmetics, beauty products and similar hygiene-sensitive products are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Approved eligible claims will normally be resolved through replacement or a Credit Voucher, subject to applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers should report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products promptly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We may request reasonable supporting evidence such as:

Claims are subject to verification.

12. Promotions & Coupon Codes

Blush & Dazzle may offer promotional discounts and coupon codes from time to time.

Our current WELCOME10 promotional coupon provides a percentage discount subject to its configured eligibility conditions.

WELCOME10:

• Cannot be combined with another coupon
• Does not apply to products already on sale
• Applies only to eligible products
• May be modified, suspended or withdrawn in accordance with promotional requirements

If a cart contains both eligible regular-priced products and excluded sale products, the discount may apply only to eligible products.

Coupon discounts do not normally reduce applicable shipping charges.

13. Sale Products

Products displayed at a reduced or sale price are sold at the price shown during checkout.

Sale products may be excluded from additional coupon discounts.

Sale or discounted products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Eligible claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products should be submitted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, chemicals, perfume, excessive moisture, improper storage, impact, ordinary wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions may not qualify as a product defect.
