Product Images

We make every effort to display products accurately.

Slight differences in colour or appearance may occur because of photography, lighting, screen settings or manufacturing variations.

Prices

Prices and promotional offers may change from time to time.

The price shown and accepted during checkout will normally apply to your order.

Orders

We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, payment is unsuccessful, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel a paid order, an appropriate remedy will be provided.

Payments

Blush & Dazzle currently accepts the payment methods shown during checkout.

Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password with anyone claiming to represent Blush & Dazzle.

Returns & Credit Voucher

Returns, Replacements and Credit Vouchers are governed by our Return, Replacement & Credit Voucher Policy.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Jewellery, earrings, hair accessories and cosmetics/beauty products are not returnable for hygiene reasons unless damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Approved eligible claims will normally be resolved through replacement or a Credit Voucher, subject to applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been packed, processed for dispatch or handed over to the courier.

Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers may have their own eligibility conditions, minimum order values or expiry dates.

Website Content

Blush & Dazzle branding, graphics, photographs and original website content may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, natural events or government restrictions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
