2.1. Product Availability: All products, including Korean-inspired accessories, jewelry, stationery, bags, and dress materials, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

2.2. Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

2.3. Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service or product.

3.Orders and Payment

3.1. Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

3.2. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4.Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Processing Time: We typically require 7–12 working days to process and ship your order. Processing time excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and any public holidays.

4.2. Delivery Time: Once shipped, the courier company typically takes another 4–6 working days for delivery. Courier transit time also excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and any public holidays.

4.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5.Return and Exchange Policy

This section outlines our strict policy regarding returns and exchanges, especially concerning hygiene:

5.1. General Rule: Due to the delicate and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

5.2. Final Sale Items: For hygiene reasons, all jewellery, hair accessories and makeup products are considered final sale and non-refundable, except in the case of confirmed damage or incorrect shipment.

5.3. Items marked as ”SALE” are final sale and not eligible for return.

5.4. Damage Reporting: You must inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5.5. Evidence Requirement: To be eligible for a claim, we require an unboxing video without any cuts to accurately assess the condition of the received items.

5.6. Initiating a Claim: Please contact us via email at support@blushanddazzle.in with your order number, details of the issue, and the required unboxing video attachment. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6.Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Blush & Dazzle or its content suppliers and protected by Indian copyright laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable international intellectual property laws.

6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial use only.

7.Limitation of Liability

Blush & Dazzle shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Blush & Dazzle has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
